Te Kowhiringa I The Opportunity
Our Customer Care Coordinator is responsible for creating and managing our support worker rosters to ensure coverage and a seamless service is delivered to our clients. This role involves coordinating with our internal team, addressing scheduling conflicts and maintaining compliance with policies and client requirements.
You will pride yourself on your natural communication skills, organisation, calm under pressure and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
This role is part time 22 hours per week, Tuesday 4.30pm - 10pm, Saturday 6.30am - 3pm and Sunday 6.30am - 4pm.

We would love to hear from you if you have:
Proven experience in Customer Service or Call Centre roles.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Professional integrity eg: confidentiality and privacy
Ability to work independently but also part of a team
Capability to prioritise and manage your time effectively, with well developed organisational skills
Proven high level of competence in computer systems ie: Microsoft suite
