About Presbyterian Support Northern
We aim to support everyone, especially those who are most vulnerable.
Our social services build strong families, help anyone struggling with age, disability or injury to enjoy a better lifestyle and advocate on behalf of those experiencing domestic abuse to help them to get safe and stay safe.
We also work with families who are struggling financially to teach them how to move towards financial independence. Our emergency food bank in Auckland annually feeds thousands of families and children in need.
We are a charitable social services provider that’s brought practical, compassionate support to New Zealanders and their communities for over 130 years. With over 1000 staff in 25 service centres, we work with communities across the upper North Island, from Turangi to Whangarei.
We partner with Presbyterian parishes, schools and other groups to find ways to enhance the lives of individuals and whole communities, regardless of age, race, or beliefs.
