Te Kowhiringa | The Opportunity

Covering parental leave, this administrative role is the glue that holds the Enliven team together. You will take pride in creating a welcoming, well-organised office environment and will enjoy a high level of ownership in your role.

Based in our Tauranga Enliven office, you will work closely with a variety of teams across the region. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be diverse and include stock ordering, taking and transcribing meeting minutes, organising meetings, office functions and key events, coordinating contractors and suppliers, records management, coding accounts, and delivering excellent customer service both in person and over the phone.

You will bring:

• Previous experience in an administrative role

• Competency across Microsoft Office applications

• A high level of professionalism and discretion

• A positive, can-do attitude and a natural team focus

• Strong time management and prioritisation skills

• Experience taking and transcribing minutes

• Accurate and timely data entry skills
