Te Kowhiringa | The Opportunity
Based in our Penrose office, this is a varied and rewarding administration role supporting Enliven services and the teams who care for our clients in their homes. You will ensure the timely and accurate entry of home and community, and day service referrals into our client management system, including managing service extensions and updated requisitions across all funding streams.
You will also coordinate the enrolment and exit of Enliven staff across required systems, supporting smooth onboarding and offboarding. In addition, you’ll provide responsive first-line support to Enliven Support Workers, assisting with applications and devices so they can focus on delivering quality care.

Experience in an administrative or coordination role with a strong customer service focus
Confident using client systems, databases, Microsoft Office, and multiple devices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and time management
Ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Able to work independently and as a supportive team member
Professional, discreet, and respectful of confidentiality and cultural diversity
