Te Kowhiringa I The Opportunity
This is a pivotal administration role and is the glue within the Enliven team, responsible for the office and regional hub. There is a high degree of ownership and you will naturally pride yourself on ensuring the office environment is well organised and welcoming.
Based within the Penrose Enliven office, you will be involved daily with the different teams, the key duties will be varied but will be inline with stock ordering, meeting minutes, organising office functions, meetings and key events, coordinating contractors and suppliers, records management, coding accounts along with providing excellent customer service over the phone and in person.

- Previous experience within an Administrative setting
- Competency in relevant Microsoft office applications
- High level of professional awareness
- Natural team player and can do attitude
- Sound time management and prioritisation
- Taking and transcribing minutes
- Accurate and timely date entry skills
