Volunteer job opportunities at Communities Feeding Communities Mount Roskill.

This is a hands-on, behind-the-scenes role that keeps our pantry running smoothly and ensures food gets to those who need it most.

Volunteer Shifts Available:

Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and /or Fridays | 9:30 AM – 1:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Pack food parcels and fresh produce packs for distribution

• Unpack and sort donations, including weekly deliveries (potatoes, onions, Kiwi Harvest items)

• Restock pantry shelves and manage inventory

• Clean and prepare produce from our on-site garden team

• Assist with general cleaning (pantry, kitchen, fridges, and freezers)

What We’re Looking For:

• Aged 18 or over

• Physically able and happy to roll up your sleeves

• Organised, reliable, and a team player

• Comfortable working in a busy, task-focused setting

• Able to commit to at least 1 x shift per week for a minimum of 3 months
