Presbyterian Support New Zealand (PSNZ) is a federation of the seven Presbyterian Support organisations in New Zealand. These seven organisations are governed, managed, and operated separately providing local services in each region. They come together under the PSNZ federation to share information, best practice ideas and, where possible, resources across the country.

Te Kowhiringa I The Opportunity
The Strategy Implementation Manager is responsible for strengthening strategic cohesion across the Presbyterian Support regional organisations while honouring regional governance, identity, and operational autonomy.
This role supports the National Executive Group (NEG). The NEG is comprised of the Chief Executives of each region and the Manukura of Te Kāhui Rangatira – the representative of Presbyterian Support’s rōpu Māori. The role oversees implementation of the PSNZ National Strategy.

You are highly organised, with a structured and thoughtful approach to both your work and relationships.
You have a passion for continuous improvement and a strong ability to leverage technology to deliver effective outcomes on a national scale. You will have at least 5 years’ experience leading strategy implementation.
You understand the importance of confidentiality and consistently demonstrate sound judgement, professionalism, and integrity.
A natural relationship builder, you connect easily with people, communicate with empathy, and foster positive, collaborative working relationships.
Must have full NZ drivers licence.

This is a 12 month fixed term national role based in Greenlane, Central Auckland.
