As our Office & Facilities Administrator, you will oversee the day-to-day coordination of the Auckland Support Office.
This is a varied and hands-on role that sits at the centre of our organisation, helping to create a safe, welcoming, and efficient environment for staff, visitors, and service providers. From coordinating office services and facilities to managing fleet, property, and systems administration, you'll play a vital role in keeping things running smoothly and ensuring our people have the resources they need to succeed.

You are an organised, proactive, and customer-focused administrator who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and creating well-run workplaces. You enjoy variety, can confidently manage competing priorities, and build strong working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
3 years plus experience in office administration, facilities coordination, property administration, or a similar operational support role.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable style.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a willingness to take initiative.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of administrative accuracy.
Confidence using Microsoft Office applications and business systems.
The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively as part of a collaborative team.
A commitment to continuous improvement and delivering high-quality service.
Full NZ driver’s licence
