Te Kowhiringa I The Opportunity

Office based in Kingsland, we are in the process transforming our IS environment as we move to SaaS. This role will lead the implementation of new systems as well as provide senior IS support for the organisation. PSN expects continued growth and development of services in the future and we are looking for someone to enable our strategy to support this.

In a nutshell this position is responsible for providing business analysis systems and support with the aim of enabling PSN to be as efficient and effective as possible. This will be achieved through the review and analysis of the organisation's business intentions, services, processes and information needs to identify changes that lead to business improvements.

To stand out from the rest; you will have a proven record of delivering results in a similar role and have consistent high level outputs and achievement throughout your career. You also actively engage with those around you, utilising strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deliver in an ever-changing environment.

To be successful in this role you will be:

• Tertiary qualified or have significant proven practical experience and a minimum 7 years’ experience as business analyst

• Able to demonstrate a successful track record in new system implementation

• Comfortable with taking on extra responsibility when required

• Experience with modern ways of workings

• System savvy, with excellent MS Excel and data management skills

• Experience of using business intelligence tools

• An excellent team player with effective communication skills.

• Great at engaging at all levels
• Capable of end-to-end delivery of small projects
• Experienced at gathering requirements from a diverse user community
• Detail focussed, change management, strong ability to take user on the change journey
