Te Kowhiringa I The Opportunity
As a Rostering Coordinator known internally as a Resource Coordinator in our Enliven team, you will be scheduling our Support Workers to visit and provide a range of care services to our clients. This includes making adjustments as needed in line with the changing needs of our clients and changing circumstances of our Support Workers. On a daily basis, you will be talking with clients and liaising with Support Workers and work closely with your colleagues across the Enliven team to ensure efficient and effective provision of services.

- Auckland based and willing to work in an office environment
- Fast and efficient data entry and digital skills
- Excellent accuracy / attention to detail
- Exceptionally organised
- Strong ability to adapt to change and lean new systems and processes
- Excellent problem solver
- Can see the bigger picture
- Ability to communicate and work successfully with a wide range of people - both colleagues and clients
- Previous experience scheduling rosters is a distinct advantage
