Te Kowhiringa I The Opportunity
Our Enliven Service is a leading provider of home and community support for older people and those with disabilities or recovering from injury.
This is a casual role and will see you providing afterhours support to meet the changing needs of our clients and staff. Our afterhours team operates 7 days a week, across Monday to Friday 4.30pm - 10pm and Saturday to Sunday 6.30am - 10pm. As a casual flexibility is a must.

Due to the nature of this role and those we support, having reliable and client focused people in our team is absolutely essential.
In addition, we are looking for:
- Call Centre/Customer Service experience in a fast paced environment
- Customer focused superstars with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with excellent problem solving skills
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Highly computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry experience required
- Previous scheduling/rostering experience would be an advantage
Ensuring our clients feel reassured they are getting the best level of assistance when they contact us is vital and very rewarding – but it is not suited to everybody. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to multi-task under pressure, therefore a level of personal resilience is needed. Above all, you will be patient, friendly, and have a genuine desire to help others.
