Our Enliven Day Service team ensure that our older generations and those living with disabilities have access to community-based programmes, focused on high quality, interesting activities that matter, in a safe and enriching environment. Our aim is that our client's enjoy a life of independence while participating actively in their community.
As a Day Service Support Worker, you are responsible for the care and support of clients attending our local Day Service. This includes preparing and delivering the activities, helping our clients participate in a meaningful way that suits them, and associated administration and tasks to enable the day to occur in a streamlined and effective manner. Other tasks can include driving clients to and from the programme, and assisting with the preparation and distribution of meals.

We'd love to hear from you if you are a Support Worker with experience organising and facilitating group activities for older people. In addition, you will have:
Experience in meeting the needs of older adults, including those with dementia or disabilities.
A Full New Zealand Driver's License (sorry but we cannot accept any international licenses).
Excellent communication skills including clear spoken English.
A caring manner and positive "Can do" attitude.
Able to juggle multiple tasks and adjust to changing circumstances.
