Marketing and Social Media Executive

The Opportunity
Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for social impact? We are looking for a high-energy Marketing and Social Media Executive to be the digital voice of Lifeline. This isn't just about "posting"; it’s about creating content that resonates, supports fundraising, and grows a brand that New Zealanders trust.
In this hands-on role, you will:
Own the Feed: Create and coordinate high-impact social media content and digital campaigns.
Tell the Story: Collaborate with our teams to find and share the meaningful stories that define our mission.
Drive Growth: Support fundraising initiatives and organisational projects that fuel our services.
Master the Calendar: Manage content schedules to ensure our message is always timely and consistent.
Measure Impact: Track performance and turn insights into better ways to reach our community.
Content & design creation: Produce high‑quality digital assets and marketing collateral & merchandise.
Your Skills and Experience
Exceptional writing skills and a talent for creating engaging digital content.
The ability to juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat (or a typo).
Proactive mindset, collaborative, and genuinely interested in making a difference in the NFP sector.
1–2 years’ experience in marketing or social media coordination.
Must have full NZ drivers licence
