Te Kowhiringa I The Opportunity
This exciting and diverse role will see you deliver the 'Check and Connect Programme'. You will design and implement strategies that address school engagement, school success, and school completion. You will work alongside students from selected secondary schools in Auckland, empowering them to re-engage with school and improve academic outcomes.
This role is fixed term until March 2027.

We'd love to hear from you if you have a Youth Work Qualification or Social Work degree eligible for registration with SWRB. In addition you will have:
Extensive experience working with youth
High level of understanding around development needs of young people
Outstanding communication and people skills
Awareness of the cultural needs of the community
Experience with strength-based practice principles
The ability to thrive in a busy multidisciplinary team
A current drivers NZ driver's license and a reliable means of transportation
