The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to elevate our online presence and drive key marketing initiatives across the organisation.
This is a key hands-on role reporting to the Marketing Manager, where you’ll take the lead on all things digital while also supporting broader traditional marketing tasks. You'll be the expert in digital channels, transforming our strategy into impactful campaigns, and ensuring our vital services reach the people who need them most.

Key Responsibilities
As the Digital Marketing Specialist you will:
- Lead and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., search, display, social media) to achieve awareness, engagement, and conversion goals.
- Manage and optimise our websites (content, SEO, user experience) to ensure they are current, engaging, and support service uptake.
- Oversee and drive our social media strategy, including content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance analysis.
- Produce detailed marketing dashboards and performance reports, focusing on digital metrics, providing actionable insights, and making recommendations to the Marketing Manager and wider business.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive content calendars across various business units and digital platforms.
- Coordinate updates of core marketing collateral and resources, ensuring consistency and brand compliance across all channels (both digital and traditional).
- Manage and curate the organisation's photo and media library.
About You
We are looking for a proactive, adaptable, and highly skilled digital marketer who is ready for a senior-level challenge. You’ll be comfortable balancing hands-on delivery with strategic thinking, and you’ll have a clear passion for leveraging digital to drive social good.
Ideally, you will have:
- Proven experience in a similar digital focused marketing roles.
- Demonstrable skills in managing and delivering digital campaigns across a range of platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).
- Knowledge of website management (CMS platforms, SEO best practices).
- Excellent writing, editing, and content creation ability for a variety of digital channels.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in producing marketing reports and using tools like Google Analytics.
- A collaborative and solutions-focused approach with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
