Our Enliven Service is a leading provider of home and community support for older people and those with disabilities or recovering from injury. Our team of more than 600 believe that our elderly, those living with dementia and other conditions should be able to maximise their independence and engage, socialise and be active in their communities.
Te Kowhiringa I The Opportunity
This is a fixed term opportunity, covering leave for 6 months. Based within either Rotorua or Tauranga with the need to travel throughout both regions, with a company vehicle.
Reporting to the Area Manager, the Service Coordinator will ensure the delivery of our client-driven and flexible community based support services to the highest of standards. Leading a team of Support Workers within the area and continuing to develop knowledge to support our clients needs.

We would love to hear from you if you have :
- Have a current NZ Registered Nurse Practicing Certificate
- Have a full New Zealand drivers license with no restrictions
- NZ Citizen, Resident or appropriate work visa status
- A proven track record in a health background
- Ability to drive and develop a team
- Enjoy working independently but also as part of a team
- Capability to prioritise and manage your time effectively, with well developed organisational skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
