Te Kowhiringa I The Opportunity
As the Customer Service Manager, you sit within our Enliven Penrose office and you will be responsible to lead and support the three direct managers for them and their teams to provide a high-quality service to the people Enliven supports and all other internal and external customers.
Excellent customer service will be a passion of yours and you will actively contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the wider teams.
You will also be involved within ensuring optimal scheduling practices are allocated efficiently and effectively. Along with risk, issues and complaints are well managed.
The Customer Service Manager role is an integral part of our senior leadership team and will see you working collaboratively with key Enliven and wider Presbyterian Support management team members, to contribute towards the strategic direction of Enliven.

- Management/business and or leadership qualification OR equivalent work experience
- Proven leadership experience and advantageous within a call centre environment
- High level of analytical skills
- Competency in relevant Microsoft office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Well developed oral presentation skills
- Effective technology and report writing skills
- Sound time management and prioritisation
