Te Kowhiringa I The Opportunity
Monday- Friday 8am -4.30pm office-based role.
The Response & Quality Coordinator provides telephone support to Enlivens home and community Support Workers to ensure a consistent & prompt response to urgent queries, adverse events, incidents, accidents,& changes in clients health conditions. The role also participates in quality improvement processes and other activities within the clinical Service Coordination Team.
Ngā pūkenga kei a koe I Your Skills and Experience
- A NZ Registered Nurse with a current practicing certificate
- Well-developed clinical assessment and documentation skills
- A calm and clear communicator
- A knowledge of Health & Safety processes.
- High competency and speed in relevant Microsoft Office applications
- Previous New Zealand nursing experience in home and community, General Practice, residential care or hospital settings.
- Experience in a Telehealth environment and/or Quality Improvement would be a bonus
